Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The contribution is original and UNPUBLISHED and is not being evaluated for publication by another journal; otherwise, explain it in the "Comments to the editor."
- The submission file should be in Microsoft Word.
- URLs for references were provided when possible.
- The text has leading spacing 1,5; uses a 12-point font, employs italics, rather than underlining (except URL addresses). It should also insert figures and tables included in the text – cited the source - and not at the end of the document in the form of attachments.
- The text follows the requirements described in Guidelines for Authors on the About the Journal page.
- In case of submission to a peer-reviewed section (e.g. articles), the instructions available in Ensuring blind peer review were followed.

É necessário fazer o cadastro no sistema por meio de login e senha para realizar as submissões de trabalhos, bem como para acompanhar o fluxo do processo editorial em curso. O caminho é simples observe onde tem a palavra: Acesso , daí você terá duas opções em uma conta existente ou Registrar uma nova conta.
Condições para submissão
Como parte do processo de submissão, os autores são obrigados a verificar a conformidade da submissão em relação a todos os itens listados a seguir. As submissões que não estiverem de acordo com as normas serão devolvidas aos autores.

Certificar-se de que o texto segue os padrões de estilo e requisitos bibliográficos descritos em Diretrizes para Autores, na página Sobre a Revista.

Certificar-se de que os artigos deverão ser originais e inéditos, assim considerados aqueles que nunca foram publicados em qualquer fonte de divulgação

Certifica-se de que os artigos deverão ser apresentados em arquivo eletrônico, formatados de acordo com as normas da ABNT, em Word.

Certificar-se de que foi realizado o registro para apresentação de ORCID iD. O registro é gratuito, caso não tenha feito, pode ser obtido na URL: https://orcid.org/register. É obrigatório o registro de todos os autores do manuscrito, não apenas do primeiro autor.

Declaro estar ciente de que todos os itens das condições acima foram atendidas, e que na omissão de algum deles terei o manuscrito devolvido ou rejeitado, conforme a pré-avaliação.
JURISPRUDÊNCIA COMENTADA
Os acódãos e sentenças serão selecionados pela comissão da Revista e cometadas pelos convidados.
