Abstract

his essay proposes a discussion on revisionist claims, the aim of which is to change the quantification of damages resulting from
final and unappealable judgments that have granted future compensation arising from accidents at work or occupational diseases. The
research is descriptive-analytical and the approach is qualitative, with a study based on a literature review.
