Principles of digital labor procedure

Abstract

The paper aims to present a new set of principles for the labor process in the so-called “Digital Age”. To this end, new principles have
been identified, considering the influence of technology on procedural labor law. Other principles have only been adapted, since they already exist in the labor procedural system, but require a re-reading to accommodate the new reality of the digital labor process.
